   Introduction to Fitness

Introduction to Fitness is a program lead by the Kincardine Family Health Team's Kinesiologist.

In the program, participants learn the basics of resistance training, cardio training and stretching.

Each sessions starts with education on various health topics, followed by a 30 min cardio, 20 min resistance, 10 min cool down adn stretch. The programs runs for 5 weeks with 2 sessions a week.
