This is a low-and-slow resistance program designed for anyone looking to increase their physical activity level.
Stride Alive takes place every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9am - 10:15am at the Davidson Centre Indoor Walking Track. This group exercise program increases physical activity while building life long friendships.
Be prepared to work up a sweat as each session includes walking, balance training, resistance training and flexitbilty. Monthly health and wellness education talks from various health professionals.
