This program promotes a sense of wellbeing; reduces emotional distress; promotes a positive state of mind and improves quality of life; an important skill for living well with pain, anxiety, low mood, life stressors, chronic conditions and maintaining a healthy lifestyle overall..

 

In this introductory program, you will learn principles of mindfulness and how you can imcorporate them into your life. Each session includes education, experience base learning and practices to do at home.
